Pregnancy and Post Partum Moods and Challenges
Join this drop-in discussion group on the challenges and mood changes that you may be feeling in your pregnancy and after birth. You will find a relaxed and welcoming environment at Blossom for discussing these unexpected feelings. Some women in the group may have a diagnosis of prenatal or post partum anxiety or depression while others may just find the challenges of motherhood different than expected. Please feel free to bring your baby.
Facilitator: Eva Roodman, birth doula and social worker
Schedule: Wednesdays from 10:00-11:30am
Price: $85 for 3 months of unlimited drop-in groups.
If you want to try the group, one-time participation is $15.
Notes: Sessions are ongoing. No preregistration required for these classes. Just come, bring your baby (if you like) and sign in with the instructor and pay (cash or check).
Our parent group cards can be used interchangeably by either parent for any of the groups — by age level, Working Parents, Breastfeeding Support Group, Pregnancy and Post Partum Moods and Challenges, or Daddy & Me. The cards cannot be refunded if unused, nor transferred to another family or Blossom program.
